Coins Policy

1. Getting Coins

Coins may be purchased through supported payment methods and may also be provided through promotions or rewards when offered.

2. Using Coins

Coins may be used for eligible paid chat or calling features. Costs and available features may change.

3. Restrictions

• Coins cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
• Coins cannot be sold or transferred unless a feature expressly allows it.
• Fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse or reward manipulation may result in restrictions.

4. Promotions

Promotional Coins may have separate validity periods or conditions stated with the promotion.

5. Deletion and Refunds

Remaining Coins may be forfeited on permanent account deletion. Refund questions follow the Refund Policy and applicable law.
