These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RealDosti website, application, features and related services (“Platform”) operated by D.K. (“RealDosti”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use RealDosti services. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into an agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Our Services

RealDosti is designed to help adults discover and communicate with other people through features such as profiles, messaging, audio calls, video calls and host interactions. Features may be added, changed, suspended or discontinued as the Platform develops.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account and login information secure and for activities performed through your account. Do not share access to your account or knowingly allow another person to use your account. Notify RealDosti promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Accurate Information and No Impersonation

You agree to provide truthful information and not impersonate another person, organisation, public figure or RealDosti representative. Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading activity is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use RealDosti to upload, transmit or promote content or conduct that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually exploitative, harmful to minors, fraudulent or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

You must not use the Platform to facilitate scams, money laundering, unauthorised commercial activity, stalking, harassment, distribution of malware or attempts to obtain another person's private information without permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully upload to RealDosti. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant RealDosti a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain and improve the Platform, subject to your privacy and account settings.

You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the rights and permissions required to share it. Do not upload content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or other legal rights.

7. Moderation, Reports and Blocking

We may review, restrict or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, applicable law or our community rules. Users may report or block other accounts where those features are available.

8. Host Accounts and Recordings

If you apply to become a RealDosti host, you agree to provide accurate profile information and only upload voice recordings and photos that you have the right to use. Host approval is not guaranteed. RealDosti may reject, suspend or remove a host profile where safety, quality, legal or policy concerns arise.

9. Payments, Coins and Charges

If RealDosti introduces paid features, virtual coins, subscriptions or other charges, the applicable pricing and purchase rules will be displayed before payment. Purchases may be subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider or app store. Do not make a payment unless you understand the applicable price and terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, analytics providers, cloud hosting providers or communication services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and RealDosti is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

11. Privacy

12. Intellectual Property

Except for content supplied by users or third parties, the RealDosti name, branding, interface, original graphics, software and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to RealDosti and may not be copied, modified, reverse engineered, redistributed or commercially exploited without permission.

13. Security and Prohibited Technical Activity

You must not attempt to bypass authentication, probe or scan our systems, interfere with Platform operation, introduce malicious software, scrape user information through unauthorised automated tools, or access non-public areas of the Platform.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform where necessary to protect users, the Platform, our business or to comply with law. You may stop using RealDosti at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination may continue to apply.

15. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure operation. We do not guarantee that another user will behave honestly, safely or as represented in their profile.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RealDosti and its owners, employees and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal obligations change. The updated version will show a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution forum having appropriate jurisdiction over the matter and the parties.
